By using this website, you agree to the following conditions. Please read them carefully.

We offer a wide range of Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use a LeAir Courier Service (for example LeAir Courier Delivery services), you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that service ("Service Terms"). If these Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.

PRIVACY

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of LeAir Courier Services, to understand our practices.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use any LeAir Courer service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or via a phone call. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

COPYRIGHT

All content included in or made available to LeAir Courier Services, such as text, graphics, invoices, scanned receipt slips, shall be the property of LeAir Courier Services and is protected by laws governing the Bahamas.

TRADEMARKS

LeAir Courier Services trademarks and trade address may not be used in connection with any product or service, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits LeAir Courier Services.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use any LeAir Courier Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Adults can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use LeAir Courier Services with the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. LeAir Courier Servives reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All items shipped to LeAir Courier Services are made to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items are your responsibility prior to delivery to the LeAir Courier Services Lauderdale Lakes office.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RESPONSIBILITY

LeAir Courier Services does not allow returned packages or take responsibility for wrong items ordered, items with missing parts, or items under shipped. We do however voluntarily notify you if we receive a package that is visibly damaged. We are not responsible for concealed damage.

PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the individual itemized prices on the invoice are the prices you will pay at the counter or online. The amount on the invoice online is a price estimate and may or may not represent the final invoice.

HOME/OFFICE DELIVERY

LeAir Courier Services holds an insurance policy for transit of goods to your home or office. Failure to deliver, voids the insurance contract with our Insurer and effectively leaves the package vulnerable until it is brought back to our warehouse premises.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LEAIR COURIER SERVICES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE LEAIR COURIER SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF LEAIR COURIER SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. LEAIR COURIER SERVICES’ SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM LEAIR COURIER SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. LEAIR COURIER SERVICES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY LEAIR COURIER SERVICE.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our privacy policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your use of LeAir Courier Services. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
